With nearly 4 weeks off from university I decided to head back home for a couple of days to enjoy the sun, warm weather and blue sky. After weeks of exams and revisions this was a well deserved break that allowed me to relax and catch up with old friends. During my stay I decided to wander around the village to take pictures for you guys.

It’s the week-end, you’re out with some friends, it’s lunch time but there’s just one problem: neither one of you can decide where and what you want to eat. The solution for you? Southbanks foodmarket. It’s cheap, it’s delicious and there’s enough choice to satisfy even the pickiest.
Yesterday night I headed to the Brooklyn Bowl at the O2 for a show hosted by Transmitter TV in honour of the Brit awards to watch Lewis Watson and others perform.
Yesterday I finally found the courage to go and get a tattoo that I’ve been wanting for, for quite some time now. It was a beautiful day in London (for once) and I was around Camden so I thought why not.
Trying to make valentine’s day special isn’t always simple but this easy Mushroom and Bacon Risotto recipe just might do the trick. Not only is it easy, it’s also rather quick and in less than 40 minutes you’ll be done. It’s a warm, comforting meal perfect for a winters day. So without wasting any more time here it is.
Chart-toppers band, nominated for no less than 4 Brit awards, including British Breakthrough act with their latest album Bad Blood and with only a couple of days left to the big show, I’ve decided to do a quick review of Bastille (incase you haven’t heard of them yet).
Tired of eating a sandwich everyday? Want a quick yet healthy lunch, without having to throw your budget out the window? Then head straight down to Great Portland Street and treat yourself to some delicious thai food. This small restaurant located just two minutes from Oxford Circus is opened everyday (lunch and dinner) and offers a very reasonable £6 lunch menu. Plus, the waitresses are always very pleasant and the service is quick.
